up in 2009 to bring cost savings to its clients through expertise in process
optimisation and automation. Processes that are wasteful in terms of
time, effort, materials and paperwork are a significant cost to business; the
central purpose of Pinpoint Solutions is to work with businesses to identify
activities that are inefficient and then quickly implement significant,
measurable improvements with demonstrable savings in both time and cost. Our mission is to prove that a process focus can
add substantial and measureable value to our customers’ business.
About The Promoter
John
(BSc, MBA) began his professional life in 1990 with Electronic Data Systems,
becoming a senior software engineer and engaging as a manager in IT projects
for the automotive industry based in Ireland, UK, Germany and Switzerland. In
1997, John joined IBM and worked primarily for clients in the financial sector.
In 1999, John brought his extensive experience to assist in the start up of Sun
Life Financials Irish subsidiary in Waterford, initially as the leader of that
organisations software development division and then as quality and process
improvement manager. John formed Pinpoint Solutions in June 2009.John says “For over 20 years I have been
continuously learning how to apply technology and processes to assist companies
in being cost effective and efficient. Without
exception, every project I have been involved in has delivered significant cost
and time savings. In founding Pinpoint Solutions I am seeking to bring
this experience and expertise to a wider audience."
