Relequa
Analytical Systems is a company dedicated to providing analytical systems and
associated services to tackle moisture challenges in the global pharmaceutical
industry and other markets. The name Relequaderives from Relative Humidity coming to equilibrium and is based
on a property of pharmaceutical materials that has gained increasing importance
over the past 2 to 3 years. Laboratory analysts do not routinely exploit this
property. Relequa is a simple to operate system that requires no specialised
knowledge, requiring only minimum training to generate valuable results.
About The Promoter
Dr. Peter Moir has 25 years
experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry working at all
levels up to director of R&D. During the past 10 years working as an
independent pharmaceutical consultant, Peter has developed specialised
knowledge of water vapour and its affects on pharmaceutical products. Using his
project management skills in product development, Peter designed Relequa and
built the equipment to demonstrate the principles of moisture sorption within
pharmaceutical containers. Some of his work is published in two articles based
on the Relequa system that he has made available for download from www.relequa.com.
